Construction reference technology
1. The original paint must be stirred evenly before use, and can be brushed or sprayed during painting.
2. The steel surface needs to undergo surface treatment to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level.
3. This paint can be directly applied to steel surfaces that have undergone surface treatment, or it can be used as a base coat with 704 inorganic zinc powder paint. Generally, one coat of 40 um primer and one coat of 20 um topcoat are required.
4. The number of coating layers for high-temperature resistant paint depends on the needs. One coat of paint, good resistance to high temperature and humidity, and two coats of paint have good anti-corrosion performance.
To achieve good performance, the first coat of high-temperature resistant paint should be gradually heated to the working temperature and cooled before applying the second coat of paint. When the coated equipment is used for the first time, it also needs to be gradually heated to the working temperature to prevent the film from foaming and falling off due to high temperature.
6. Reference drying time:
25±1℃   24h
150±2℃  2h
7. Theoretical dosage of the paint: 50-55g/㎡ (1 coat of paint)
