Ningbo Beilun Shipping Co., Ltd
Ningbo Beilun Shipping Co., Ltd. was established in October 1988 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It was jointly invested and formed by four state-owned enterprises: Ningbo Shipping Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Haihong Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., Ningbo New Century International Investment Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Iron and Steel United Co., Ltd. The company mainly engages in the transportation of ordinary cargo ships along the domestic coast and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, carrying mainly iron ore and coal. At present, the company has a total of 169 employees. We have 8 self owned ships and several leased ships, with a self owned capacity of 240000 deadweight tons and a basic control capacity of around 400000 tons. The company is the first domestic shipping company to steadily engage in the transfer of imported iron ore from Beilun to various ports on the Yangtze River. Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, the company has always adhered to the principle of establishing long-term stable and friendly cooperation with key shippers, focusing on the needs of steel mills and fully ensuring their production guarantee tasks, starting from the "two ports and one line" (i.e. Beilun Port to Zhenjiang route) transportation services. During a period of favorable market transportation conditions, we did not pursue immediate benefits, but instead focused on long-term stable cooperation and development. We adhered to the principles of honoring contracts and keeping promises, conscientiously completed and exceeded the transportation tasks of key cargo owners, and received full recognition and high praise from them. In recent years, the company has actively improved its service quality by closely coordinating with ships, striving to reduce transit costs for shippers and minimize cargo losses, increase shipper satisfaction, and establish a good service brand. In 2008, the company was selected as the "Integrity Enterprise of Waterway Transportation" by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Communications, the "121" project leading enterprise of Beilun District service enterprises in 2010, the "Top 100 Ningbo Transportation Enterprises" in 2012, the "Ningbo Branded Modern Logistics Demonstration Enterprise", and the exemplary organization for Building Harmonious Enterprises in Beilun District in 2013. Received the honorary title of "Ningbo Advantageous Headquarters Enterprise" for three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013. During its more than 20 years of operation in the transportation of iron ore along the Yangtze River, the company has received high attention and strong support from shippers such as Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shagang, and Tengxing, which has enabled the company to develop towards a better and stronger scale and established a group of long-term stable and friendly cooperative partners.
